Rod Morrison, an independent facilitator who previously conducted the analysis of the Company Census, has been leading the review (see page 27 for Rod’s personal reflections).
As part of the consultation, a Company questionnaire was completed by just under half of all Companies, with Battalions and Districts also sharing their views through a separate survey. Four focus groups, and a series of one-to-one interviews also helped to provide a significant amount of quantitative and qualitative data.
There will be opportunities for leaders to find out more about the review and the next steps in August and September.
