Earlier this year a training survey took place to understand the training needs of Companies for the coming session. The survey has also highlighted that:

• Beyond our current core training the biggest topic that leaders were looking for training on was First Aid. Look out for further news on this in the new year.
• The most popular way of accessing training was mid-week virtual courses.
