The sale of Felden Lodge has now been completed, and this brings to conclusion a journey that the Trustees commenced over three years ago.

Of course, the decision to sell Felden Lodge, taken after a review of our property assets, was not taken lightly. We understand that the news will bring a sense of sadness to those for whom Felden holds happy memories.

The property has been sold to Witherslack Group, a special educational needs school provider, for £5.25 million. This will ensure that young people will continue to benefit from the site for years to come.

In excess of £5 million will be invested to help secure the Brigade’s finances in the long term, allowing us to focus on our core objectives as a Christian youth organisation.
