We have been working with an independent consultancy called EMBED to explore Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This will support the development of a new EDI policy as well as help us refresh our support and resources for leaders, including the Equal Opportunities training provided in YLT.  

Following EMBED’s review of all our current policies, practices and procedures in relation to EDI, they created a survey to allow leaders to share their views and experiences.
